Dear Steve,
We would like to take this
opportunity to express our total satisfaction with the
structural insulated panels (SIP’s) that your company
provided for our new home. Every phase of the project, from
initial contact with you personally, until delivery of the
panels to our home site (some 400 miles distant), was
handled in a very professional and efficient manner. You
were very patient with me and answered my questions (some of
them several times) and gave me comfort in the fact that I
had chosen the best SIP manufacture.
The panels were cut according to the
building plan, which was no small feat with all the curves
and angles designed into the home. Very few minor field
adjustments were necessary and those were quickly resolved
by my installer. We did damage one panel so badly that it
could not be used and your staff fabricated a new one in a
very short time. It fit perfectly and we were able to
continue with the install with no interruption.
The entire process of purchasing
the panels for our home was absolutely the smoothest part of
the building process to-date. I would highly recommend your
services to anyone considering building an energy efficient
and structurally sound home. Your personal service made me
feel like my project was the only one you were working on!
Again thanks for a great product and
service!

First
let me tell you that the original Chapman Garage/Apartment
Building we have been in since 2003 is just what we were
hoping for, so we're back again. The efficiency has been
incredible for a place in these high semi-desert
conditions. "Annual" total utilities costs since I moved
out here in 04" have been about $600. per year, but that's
with no central heat nor any air conditioning required by
design. Of course what really helps along with this
building's tight insulative structure is that the
environment up here is high, dry and fairly breezy most of
the time. It does have lows down to -5 deg F in Winter plus
several typical snowy periods and at the other end has the
Summer highs normally below 90 deg F and humidity typically
in the low teens. Therefore like your town there,
"Kerrville is always enjoyed most naturally".
So now
we're ready to get into the next design and construction
phase for the main house….
Best
regards,
